Germany vs Ireland: Post-Study Work Permit
Germany
Once students complete their studies, applying for a residence permit is important. The student should apply for it first. Immigration laws allow students who have earned their degrees to apply for an 18-month residence permit to find employment that matches their qualifications.
This permit should be applied separately at the foreign nationals registration office. This must be separate from the German Student Visa. You get a job offer when before you finish school, and the job is from your field. You can directly apply for a residence permit or an EU Blue Card.
Ireland
We are sure you won’t return to India after your studies. However, you can stay longer to get more valuable work experience. Full-time students with a degree recognised by Ireland and Visa Stamp 2 may be eligible for the Third Level Graduate Scheme. This scheme allows students to apply for a non-renewable extension of up to two years to find a suitable job.
Later, you can apply for a work permit or a Critical Skills Employment Permit. Foreign graduates eligible to work under the Third Level Graduate Scheme receive a new visa stamp, Stamp 1G.

Ireland Visa Process for Indian Students
Getting an Ireland student visa is important if you want to study in Ireland for more than 3 months. Students should show a minimum of €10000 in their bank account to cover their cost of living for one academic year.
You or your parents/sponsor must prove the ability to provide €10000 for each year of study, plus the course fee. With a valid Stamp 2, you can work 20 hours per week during the academic session and 40 hours per week during May, June, July, August, and from December 15th to January 15th, the vacation periods in Ireland.
Germany visa for Indian students
Students can stay for more than 90 days, they must have a Germany student visa and show proof of funds worth €11,172 or approx 10L INR per year for living expenses in a block account. The student visa is valid for up to 2 years. It needs to be renewed if the duration of the courses exceeds this period. Students can work part-time for 180 days and full-time for another 90 days in their academic year.
Germany also helps the students to do part-time technical jobs in their related industries. Some universities in Germany offer on-campus part-time jobs.
